Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the My Tips Pro mobile application and website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Tips Pro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Tips Pro is a personal income tracking application that allows tipped workers to log, organize, and analyze their tip earnings. The Service includes tip logging, calendar views, analytics, voice entry, AI receipt scanning, VIP customer tracking, personal QR tip codes, and tax estimation tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost, supported by advertising.

My Tips Plus ($4.99/month): An auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. You may cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

My Tips Pro Advantage ($19.99 one-time): A non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all Pro features permanently. This is a one-time charge with no recurring fees.

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (tip records, VIP customer information, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

7. Tax Information Disclaimer

The tax estimation features in My Tips Pro are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax advice. Tax calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and general tax rates. You should consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation. We are not responsible for any tax liability arising from use of the tax estimation features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Tips Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
