Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information those services share with us (typically your name and email).
Tip and Income Data: All tip entries, shift records, business names, amounts, dates, notes, and income data you log in the app. This data is stored securely in your personal account.
VIP Customer Data: Names, notes, and tip history you enter for VIP customers. This data is private to your account and never shared.
Voice Recordings: When you use Voice Tip Logging, audio is temporarily processed to convert speech to text. Audio recordings are not stored after transcription.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports for troubleshooting purposes.
Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about which features are used, to help us improve the app. This data does not include your personal tip amounts or business names.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To sync your tip data securely across your devices
- To generate PDF reports and tax estimates based on your data
- To process voice entries and AI receipt scanning
- To send you important account notifications (not marketing emails)

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your tip data, VIP records, and financial information are private to your account and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the app (cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements

My Tips Pro is available worldwide. If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
