Tap any of the four Quick Log buttons on the Home screen — Cash Tip, Card Tip, Other Income, or Note. Enter the amount and business name, then tap Save. You can also use Voice Logging by tapping the microphone button and speaking naturally: "I just got a $45 cash tip at Casino Arrowhead."

Enable Voice Mode using the microphone toggle in the top-right of the Home screen (Pro feature). Once enabled, tap the floating mic button and speak naturally. The AI will parse the amount, business, date, and payment type automatically. You can say things like "Got $80 in cash tips at Desert Jewel Casino tonight" and the app fills everything in for you.

Pro Advantage users get a unique personal QR code that customers can scan to send you a tip directly. Your QR code is available on the "My QR" tab in the app. You can also pop it up instantly by double-pressing the side button of your phone. Share it on your social media, print it for your workspace, or show it to customers on your screen.

On iPhone: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → My Tips Plus → Cancel. On Android: Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → My Tips Plus → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Yes. Your tip data is stored securely in your private account and is never sold or shared with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Yes. My Tips Pro supports 20 languages and automatically detects your device's locale to display the correct currency symbol and formatting. Voice prompts are spoken in your device's language. The app works in any country where tipping is practiced.

Tax estimates are based on the income you log and general federal/state tax brackets. They are a helpful guide but not a substitute for professional tax advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional for your specific situation. The app is designed to help you stay organized and prepared for tax season.

Go to Settings → Export Report. You can export a PDF report of your tip history by date range, including daily totals, weekly summaries, and tax estimates. This is useful for sharing with your accountant or keeping personal records.

The VIP Tracker lets you save your best regulars by name and track their visit history, average tip, and notes. When you log a tip and mention a VIP's name (or the app recognizes them from voice entry), it automatically links the tip to their profile. It's a great way to remember your best customers and track your most valuable relationships.

If you are logged into your account, all data is synced to our secure servers and can be restored by logging back in on any device. If you were using the app without an account (local-only mode), data is stored on your device and may not be recoverable after uninstalling. We strongly recommend creating an account to protect your data.
